SHIPPING & HANDLING: FM Activewear will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.


Please allow 1-2 Business days for handling, If purchase on weekend or public holiday
your item's will be posted next following business day.

We offer Standard Postage & Express Postage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: You can exchange within 30 days of purchase for the wrong size if the item is unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Sale items can not exchange. Please email to submit an exchange request.

NO refunds or exchanges on change of mind items:

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where items are faulty.

Faulty/damaged items and must contact us and return the item for refund within 14 days. We try our best to check the items thoroughly before we post them, please email us if there are any damages to the items.

You are eligible to return your online Afterpay/Laybuy orders to our Online HQ for a refund or credit voucher, provided the above return conditions have been met. Refunds only on faulty items.
